“Only gave 4 stars, as I have not fitted the new tap yet - so jury out on the quality of product. But the ordering, communications on status of order, and delivery has been first class. Kept informed, even by Delivery/Courier Company DPD, all along.”

“I had a job for a little old lady in which her sink hot tap was on the verge of becoming a major problem, how it was holding together I don't know. Anyway we did a tour of the DIY stores and could not find what she was wanting. So I did a search online and found what she was looking for with this company. It was a bank holiday when i ordered but I hoped for delivery by the following weekend when i was next due to visit her. Two days later my order status was still showing "Pending" for an indicated in stock item which in the past with another company became a nightmare to resolve. However, I emailed Sink-Taps.com and received a fast reply, the taps were dispatched that day and delivered the next day,well packaged, of good quality and on time to do the job. All in all a fast delivery of ordered goods but "Pending" just fills me with such dread after an unrelated incident by another supplier that i have to knock off a star..”

“sink looks really nice, not fitted in yet.pity I didn't get my notification till 10.o clock on the night. no phone call on the next day, delivered at 7.45 a m. lucky my wife was in ,can.t expect a 72 year old woman to lug a massive box and check it at the time of delivery though.having said that,it was a quick delivery.”

“Good value but slow to dispatch, but at least they use a good courier. After having no information after placing orders I contacted to try find out when I could expect delivery but was not helpful. I was told from 3 to 5 days which I already knew. Will use again but keeping customers informed needs improvement.”

“Reasonable prices compared to other companies and helpful customer service. On the downside, this sentence below was part of the confirmation of order message sent to me by sinks-taps.com "Your items will be carefully opened, inspected and quality checked to ensure they are complete and in perfect condition. " When I opened the box containing the tap I purchased, the spout had a large dent in it, which was glaringly obvious. So much for the "quality check." On the plus side, sink-taps.com customer service arranged for a replacement spout to be sent to me.”
