“Great company - very helpful. Great price. Supplied a pair of stunning Perrin and Rowe taps. Unfortunately their carrier let us down for two days in a row. Sinks and taps did all they could for us but it was still a bit of a shame. However, would definitely buy again from them.”

“Fabulous quality Bluci sink delivered quickly - perfect! But the box it arrived in contained more plastic than I have EVER seen!!! Felt like I was used as a dustbin!!!”

Hi Gill. We collect a massive amount of used packaging and recycle as much as we possibly can. The benefit of this is we can make sure products get to customers without any damage and we do this by reusing packaging where possible. We think this is a real positive rather than a negative. Especially when you see some of the excessive, brand new packing and boxes used by some of the large corporate and global American online retailers!

“I wanted a shiny white sink at a good price and this was the only one I found. Delighted with the sink and price. I picked a day to have it delivered but no one confirmed that date! I rang and was advised an email erika be sent ti confirm. This never happened. I needed to ring twice just to find out when it would be delivered.”

Hi Brenda Thank you for the 4 star review. I have double checked the order and found the date you selected for your ceramic sink to be delivered on, was in fact the exact date we did deliver the sink to you. I'm afraid its impossible to guarantee the delivery of an email due to individual spam/junk settings on your system. Our system did send the confirmation emails but unfortunately there is no way of us being able to guarantee they are delivered directly to your inbox. One of the reasons we telephone lines or online live chat is for customers to contact us and get an immediate response. We maybe should have explained the email issue in a little more detail at the time of your call, but thank you for the valued feedback.

“Had to ring them following placement of order regarding slow delivery to find order had not been processed due to stock mix-up. Considered a genuine mistake (we all make them) otherwise excellent service and would certainly use again.”

“I bought a Caple Novato tap which looks excellent quality (although not yet installed). Sink-Taps.com offered the best price for this item. Delivery was to schedule and the item was well packaged. Given this experience I'd use Sink-Taps.com again”

“Nice product - one minor point - the delivery slot was from 8 am to 6 pm which means a whole day stuck in the house. I am sure in this modern world of mass electronic communication this could be better organised. We are pleased with the sink though!”

Hi Susan. Many thanks for the positive review and glad you are happy with the sink you ordered. The ceramic sink you ordered is a fragile and heavy item and so we deliver using a specialist pallet delivery service to ensure the items arrives safely and in perfect condition. The FREE service you selected is an 'all day serice' although we give you 2 days notice and also the driver calls you, in most cases, around one hour before delivery. We also send you an email prior to delivery with the option of upgrading to a specific delivery service where you can select a 1-2 hour window.

“Would love to say that everything is fine Made mistake of not checking delivery Sink delivered my 80 yr old father signed I returned home to find sink boxed on drive Not now sure how to get in the House do not want to open it to check cause it has to stay on drive till I find someone to help me get it in Wish I had checked about where item would be left”
