“After placing my order for taps to be delivered in 2-3 days I was told they could not fulfill the order for 6-7 weeks. I asked to be refunded the £179 as that was too long to wait and 2 weeks later and numerous telephone conversations I am still waiting for a refund on an order they could not fulfill. Not happy being given false information of a refund being processed when it clearly hasn’t.”

“Communication with Alex during the purchasing, using online chat regarding a delivery date, was extremely good and his communication with his colleague Richard who called me after I had made the purchase to establish the date that would best suit me. So far so good, I look forward to receiving my product hopefully tomorrow!”

“Sink was a good price and arrived well packaged. DPD delivered within the 1 hour time scale I was given so no need to wait in all day. However, free delivery was not as quick as a competitor who offers free next day delivery with similar pricing. Also, a price match code I was given did not seem to work.”
