“The product, a half sink Abode Arka Stainless Steel Colander, was exactly what I was looking for!! The original supplier of my kitchen (a well known national company) was unable to supply a suitable item. Time from order to delivery was quick and the product was extremely well packed for transportation. WELL DONE Sinks-Taps.com!! Hopefully I won't ever have to buy another one, but if I do, I know where to go!!!”

“During a kitchen installation we had a problem, the sink and drainer could not be fitted into a handle less unit and work top (Templater told us), then he went away alterative picked then told late Saturday evening none available so given a refund on sink and tap. Sunday spent on internet and found this company and found 2 sinks and a tap printed out and waited for Monday morning by the phone 08:30 Richard answered asked about the 1st sink and told would call back in 5, he did with bad news asked about 2nd and yes ok but again would double check and also the tap, called back in 5 and given the all clear told him the situation and our fitter had it in just under 23 hours in Hinckley. If you can beat that.”

“We were looking for a Filter brushed chrome tap and you were closed on a Subday. I used the 'Chat Line' and Alex was so very helpful. He even precipitated delivery for us at no further cost, as we needed the tap in a hurry. We are ver pleased with the tap and the service we received!”

“My experience to date has been poor to very poor. The reasons for my present rating are as follows: 1. I placed an order for a tap with a delivery expected in a a few days 4-6 from memory. There were other taps available but I did not select them due to them having a lead time of, from memory 4-6 or 6-8 weeks. 2. I see that my credit card has been debited by a few hundred pounds for the tap 3. I checked on the status of my order after not hearing anything, or receiving delivery, after a few days. The status page now said that my tap was not in stock and would take, from memory 6-8 weeks. 4. I went onto the website and used the message facility to ask about the status of my order. This was a few days ago and I have still not had a reply. 5. This survey I’d the first semi positive interaction I have had. 6. I purchase many products and services via the web and to date this transaction has been one of the more frustrating ones I have undertaken. I look forward to an answer to my original message/email. Many thanks Richard”

“I bought two pairs of Perrin & Rowe sink bib taps from sinks-taps.com. The price was excellent but I was concerned that delivery time stated on the website was 4-6 wks. I engaged in a web chat to see if I could get a firm date and was informed that an order from P & R was actually due in very soon and I could have two sets from that. The taps duly arrived a mere week later and I'm thrilled with them. Great service - thank you very much!”

“Ordered a tap online which was supposed to be delivered in 5 working days. Heard nothing and started to panic as we’d booked for our worktops to be measured. I contacted customer services to find out what was going on, I was dealt with by a very rude representative who told me the tap wasn’t even in the country and would take 6 weeks!!! Subsequently had to cancel my order and pay a premium for next day delivery elsewhere. Would not recommend this company!!!!”
