“Poor service as a result of a misplaced tap at the DPD depot. This took more than a week to resolve and I still not have the tap yet having ordered well over week ago. No one has had the decency to explain why this was lost or even an apology. It took regular chasing to get this order reinstated.”

Hi Simon. I'm afraid that even though we sent your kitchen tap out within just 2 days - DPD lost it in transit. However, we did send you a replacement on an express service which arrived within another 48hrs. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
