“Poor customer service - They didn’t send any confirmation of the order or any other updates (I have checked junk folders and this is definitely the case). When I’d heard nothing after 10 days I emailed the company, the item was immediately dispatched so was clearly in stock but the order hadn’t been processed until I chased up, however they didn’t bother to even acknowledge the email never mind apologise.”

“Excellent service. I needed taps for a kitchen refit urgently because the kitchen company had supplied the wrong ones. Found a set of Perin and Rowe bibs online with this firm so called them to check they were in stock. The were on my doorstep the following morning in time for the worktops to be fitted. Beautiful taps, first class service”

“I found it a good business to purchase a sink and taps, I was notified about the delivery day and the products arrived in good condition well packaged. I had to check this while the delivery driver waited for confirmation. As the products have only just been fitted without any fitting issues, only time will tell as to how they stand up to the rigours of daily kitchen life.”
