“I purchased Althia Monobloc from Sinks-Taps to replace a cheaper tap I had installed about 4 years ago. It was easy to order the tap online and it arrived on time. installing the tap was easy once the old tap was removed. It is nice to see that non-return valves were incorporated in the flexi hoses. Very good designed tap and well worth the money. Looks classy and works well even with the low pressure of water in my house (just over 1.5 bar). The hot water, which did not flow well with the old tap is now flowing really well. Highly recommend the tap and the supplier, Sinks-Taps.”

“Although the kitchen tap I ordered seemed quite expensive, when it came I could see why. It is excellent quality and well worth the money. Looks superb now it's fitted. Delivery was very quick and the product very well packaged.”

“I have place an order on 30/08/2020. My order no is 9946118. However today is 7th Sept and I have not got any delivery confirmation. It could be better if you kindly send the filter cartridge on time. Also the phone no given in the website is not working.”

“I have been waiting a little while for my tap but I suppose in the current climate of lockdowns etc this is understandable,. they have replied quickly to my emails and kept me updated about delivery.”

Hi Rob. The handset you ordered was showing online with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. The stock is due to arrive next week and will be delivered slightly ahead of time on week 5. We have limited staff available but I cannot see any emails from you. We also have LIve Chat available on the website for instant help if needed.
