Used live chat for information re product, very helpful easy to order and 3 days free delivery. Well packaged which was just as well as there was a big corner hole in the box ( courier issue ) which went all the way inside but did not damage outer box of sink. I wish more suppliers would package their products as well as sink-taps. Would use this company again
