“Goods ordered and 2 days later I received an e-mail to say that the sink was found to be damaged when it was checked before being despatched and the delivery would be delayed. This was disappointing as it delayed work but reassuring to know that goods are checked before being sent rather than being found to be damaged on delivery and having to be returned and reordered at that point. Quality of sink and tap excellent (as to be expected of Franke) and delivery made in the agreed time slot. Staff at Sink-Taps was helpful and efficient.”

“I am happy with the sink I purchased, but it would have been a very good score if the under mount clips had been sent with the sink as it was stressful for me as my plumber was fitting the sink after arrival only to find the over mount clips only and several phone calls to then sort out whether the sink could be under mounted at all. Luckily my granite fitters had the correct fixings.”

“Very quick delivery. Was unable to check the parcel within 48 hours so fortunately no problems with the item. It was more difficult to fit a Waste Disposal Unit than expected for the first time, but if we had to do a second one, it would be very easy. A good quality product.”

“I would have rated as VERY Good but it takes over 30 days to issue a refund and over a week prior to process the returned item. So, technically, you will have to wait 40 days to get your money back!”
