“I recently purchased a stainless steel sink and separate drainer along with a tap with pull out hose. “Sinks and Taps delivered the correct item in good time so no problems with them there. I was, however, cleverly persuaded, during an unsolicited call confirming my order, to buy a lot of sink waste plumbing at a cost of about £20 that in the end I did not need and could not use.”

“Very helpful when purchasing, when I called to ask if you punch or drill out for taps on the two sinks I bought, the fitter found a hairline crack. When I told the young lady this she got very uptight and would not listen to what I had to say I had to put the phone down as she was being very unreasonable”
