“The service and delivery from sink-taps was excellent. The franke tap was superb, however we have noticed that the sink has developed some small rust spots on the drainer. This is an area that does not get wet, so I am wondering if it is a faulty sink. Sink- taps, what do you advise is done about this.?”

“We ordered Franke replacement black tap handles, which arrived quickly and well packed. However, they do not line up; one handle turns much further back than the other, despite trying several times to reposition it. As we only just fitted them after having had them for several weeks, I thought it would be too late to complain.”

“My order was for a sink, taps and waste. These were delivered promptly in good condition except that one part of the waste was the wrong size. Sinks-Taps undertook to get their supplier to send a replacement but the supplier failed to do so. I chased saying that the item was urgent and it was finally delivered at 7pm on the day before it was needed.”

“very quick free delivery pleased with the item I ordered - exactly as it appeared on the website easy to order fairly easy to find what I wanted. (I ordered a drainer-less kitchen sink and it would have been useful if I could have seen all the drainer-less units in one place rather than have to look at stainless sinks and then scroll down them all!)”

“Quick delivery and a good quality product. Down side is the tap is too heavey for my stainless steel sink and wobbles a bit, so having to hunt round for a wall mounted support bracket that will hold the tap steady .”

“Broke the first sink when installing due to my own stupidity. Ordered another which did need chasing, but on the day I went to collect I was delayed, but someone stayed behind to wait for me - good customer support! Its a pity you are not open on Saturdays”
