“Their price was good, The product was exactly as ordered and it was delivered as promised. The only problem was that I was misled by the layout of the website and whilst I thought it was in in stock item it was actually to order only.”

“My order was delivered quickly and efficiently, unfortunately, although the address was correct the contents belonged to someone else. However, on contacting the customer service department, they were apologetic, explained what the problem was and sorted it out and my correct order was delivered the next day. I was very satisfied with my goods and would use the company again.”

“Generally very pleased; got the product I wanted at avery good price. That said I was taken aback at having to pay an extra £15.00 for "free" shipping because my UK address is in N. Ireland. I may well have missed something in small print on the site; but, nevertheless, it took the good out of what was, otherwise, an excellent purchase/transaction.”

“VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE GIVEN AND TELEPHONE MANNER,THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE SHORT NOTICE OF THE DAY OF DELIVERY,LUCKY I MANAGED TO CHANGE MY WORKING ROTA,OTHERS MAY NOT ALWAYS HAVE THE CHOICE TO CHANGE.TIME OF DELIVERY WAS ACCURATE TO THE TIME GIVEN. “Although a mistake in the postcode(not my fault) sent my tap to the wrong address, and I had to wait over a week I found the staff(Rachel) very helpful, I'm delighted with the tap and made a saving of £40 on DIY store prices. I would not hesitate to shop with you again. Peter Hand”
