I bought a Caple Novato tap which looks excellent quality (although not yet installed). Sink-Taps.com offered the best price for this item. Delivery was to schedule and the item was well packaged. Given this experience I'd use Sink-Taps.com again

From ordering the tap to delivery it was first class. The packaging of the tap etc. Was also first class. Would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Nice product - one minor point - the delivery slot was from 8 am to 6 pm which means a whole day stuck in the house. I am sure in this modern world of mass electronic communication this could be better organised. We are pleased with the sink though!

Hi Susan. Many thanks for the positive review and glad you are happy with the sink you ordered. The ceramic sink you ordered is a fragile and heavy item and so we deliver using a specialist pallet delivery service to ensure the items arrives safely and in perfect condition. The FREE service you selected is an 'all day serice' although we give you 2 days notice and also the driver calls you, in most cases, around one hour before delivery. We also send you an email prior to delivery with the option of upgrading to a specific delivery service where you can select a 1-2 hour window.

I ordered from this company recently and there was a mix up with the delivery address. I found the customer service assistant very rude and unhelpful and will not be ordering from here again.

Dear Mrs Gerrard Thank you for your feedback. We are very surprised to see that you feel it fair to leave a negative review when you put your address on your order incorrectly. You live in Nottingham and yet filled in part of your address as Glasgow. We paid for DPD to take the parcel to Nottingham only to find they couldn't locate your address. They then transferred your parcel to the Glasgow depot as they managed to locate the company from the 1st two lines of the address you completed. DPD then issued a notice to redeliver to the correct address at a cost of £12. You refused to pay this charge and told a member of our staff that we should pay it. When we politely advised we had already paid for the parcel to be sent to Nottingham and then again to Glasgow and couldn't now cover a third charge back to Nottingham, you decided to cancel the order and demanded a refund. Whilst we do everything we can to be fair and reasonable, it is the customers responsibility to complete an order online with their actual correct address. Paying for two wasted trips and making a loss on the order, we thought was fair. I'm sorry you don't agree and can only apologise if you think this it was an unreasonable request for you to complete your address correctly.

I was given short shrift by the customer service person on the phone today - who practically put the phone down on me once she had explained it was my fault for failing to notice it was a special edition product and would take 4-6 weeks to arrive as opposed to the 4-5 days I was led to believe when I ordered the product.

Dear Mr Saville. I think its slightly unfair to report this issue in the way you have. The website clearly shows the item you ordered was a Special order item and in fact the description on the actual page clearly shows (in bold) 'All Special order Gold, Brass and Bronze finishes are currently taking 8-10 weeks to manufacturer' I'm not sure how much clearer we could show the information and would welcome your comments. The lady on the phone who spoke to you this afternoon was sat next me and in no way did she give you 'short-shrift' and I'm not sure what 'practically put the phone down' actually means. She did explain everything clearly to you and even told you that we were expecting the tap in well ahead of schedule. This will ultimately mean your tap will arrive in about half the originally specified time. We try especially hard to look after customers and provide the best possible service we can. However, I appreciate you may have been disappointed when you realised you had not read the product description fully and therefore missed the extended delivery time advertised.
