“Whole ordering to delivery process was great. Emailed to advice of delivery, driver rang to say he was on his way. As my husband is disabled he took it into the garage for us. Would recommend them”

“Great company to deal with, very straight forward to order from. I was also very impressed with the communication regarding order status and also a timeslot for delivery of an hour, so we did not have to make special arrangements for time off work. “Really pleased with the actual goods, however really disappointed with the delivery service. When I ordered, it said 3-5 working days, in fact it took 7. When I chased it up I was told I only had standard delivery so it would arrive when it arrives, not good service”

“An absolutely beautiful tap. I wasn't sure what to expect as I randomly chose the website to buy my sink tap. But it is solid and heavy looks like very good quality and the price was really good. Would definitely shop again on this site and recommend it to others. Haven't installed it yet but I have no doubt it will work perfectly.”

“There was complete information on the taps I chose, Technical info, non-return valve within the tap was one of my requirements along with the pull out spray having stream and shower options. I also used the on-line chat facility, with Paul, when I had a query about delivery options. All-in-all seems like a first rate service and I was able to use PayPal.”
