“I felt that the service was very professional and I particularly like the idea of buying locally from a reputable family firm and the prices were better than anywhere else in comparison. Richard was extremely helpful and I might say very patient with me. Free delivery is particularly an added bonus with dedicated delivery day, essential when you work. Thank you, highly recommendable.”

“I telephoned on the 2/6/17 to discuss the details regarding a Reginox sink and a tap that I needed to purchase. I was warmly surprised by the assistance given and even though I asked Richard numerous amounts of questions, he did not make me feel like I was a bother. I placed my order with ease and I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.”

“Good price, efficient on-line ordering, speedy delivery and very helpful customer service when I rang up with a query after delivery. The products purchased are of good quality and look good I'm very happy with them. It is a pity that a template for cutting out of the sink is not supplied. Only disappointment was to discover that price of sink was £10 lower 2 days after buying it - C'est la vie”

“The ELBE Monobloc kitchen taps order and the delivery service was excellent. If I required any other item, I would try this company first, as they have a lot of spare parts, for repairs to all types of tap and valves.”

“I was very happy with the help I received through Live Chat, I wanted more info on the product and got it. I was told I could collect my item but struggled to find how to do it on the online ordering. Within a couple of minutes of ringing to explain my difficulties my order was processed for me. As promised I received a telephone call the following day to say that my sink was ready for collection. I would definitely use this company again.”
