“Fairly easy to order on their site, but I didn't notice that I'd not followed all the check boxes correctly, and so delivery was going to be on the wrong day, albeit free. They couldn't have been more helpful in changing it, all done on the 'phone without any of the usual hidden 'phone numbers stuff.”
