“A really helpful Richard talked me through choices and gave honest advice. He even got the store people to physically check whether a chopping board would fit on to my chosen round sink, so saving me making a mistake in ordering. He was able to organise this to be incorporated in the same delivery, which has just arrived safe and on time”

“The delivery info said it may take more than the 3-5 days, it arrived after 6 days, no problem. It arrived during the afternoon while we were at home. ( It would have helped if the could tell me when they were expecting to deliver). The unit, sink & taps were very well protected for transit and arrived intact. All in all, an excellent service.”

Dear Mr Burns. Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this further and can confirm the following findings. Our address (Blenheim Road) only has 5 building on it so its not usually a problem for most customers to easily find us. In fact there is only one building that has dozens of pallets outside with kitchen sinks on them. This is usually a clear sign to most people that this might be the sinks and taps people. However, at the bottom of the road there is normally a sign saying KAD (this is the name shown on all our invoices and emails). Due to current building works, this sign has been broken off by a lorry. However, you called us on the day of delivery from the Industrial estate and asked for directions. One of our Customer Services team (myself) directed you over the phone to the bottom of the road (approx 200 yds) and explained you just need to follow it to the right and we are the first building on the left. Whilst we appreciate it would have been ideal to have the sign in place, unfortunately we are not in control of the delivery drivers and their reversing skills. The second issue relating to the dripping tap - One of our technical team called you this morning to go through the issue. We had not received any notification from you, prior to you leaving this negative feedback. Unfortunately he was not able to continue the conversation as you decided to put the phone down on him. We have attempted to call you back on numerous occasions but the calls are being terminated at your end. If you do require any further help or assistance, please call us on 01759 307262.
