“the buying process was simple, product arrived well packed and really happy with the product. (granite sink) , the sink was too large (my error) by the time we went to fit its was over the 14 days from ordering. (but prob not from when i received the item). when asked to return you agreed with a restocking fee which was fair, but i have to arrange my own courier. Most now have a collection service for a standard fee ie 9.95 seems to be the magic number! but to post back due to the size will be awkward.”

Hi Reg Thank you for your positive review, it's really appreciated. We are not sure about the comparison with Amazon as we try and distance ourselves from the giant corporate American companies taking over the world. Im glad though to see we saved you £263.40 off the price of the tap and managed to deliver it within just 3 working days. I'm sure you will agree, not too bad for a little independent company based in York! Thanks again and we hope you love the tap and should you need anything in the future, please try us again, we will do all we can to beat the previous 3 day delivery time.

“Goods arrived promptly and as ordered. Packaging was slightly crushed but did not affect the contents which were in good and undamaged condition. Fortunately, they are made of firm metal or stiff plastic construction.”

“Both taps sent by the manufacturer are faulty. This is however no reflection on sink-taps. I understand Richard is working hard to resolve this. I am hopeful this issue will be fully resolved. I will again (hopefully) re-edit to ***** :) which will reflect this.”
