“I recommend this company and will continue to use them - excellent advice and speedy delivery of product. Only issues for me were time taken to respond by phone to my query (not same day even though I called mid morning) and DPD leaving my boxed new sink outside my gate and not even bothering to ring the bell - what if I was away on holiday and/or the local thief had been on the prowl !”

“The sink itself is great, good quality and looks the part together with a great price, however the delivery was delayed without any communication, which caused much anxiety (Apparently it was the fault of the courier)”

“I was overall very pleased with the service. The purchase process was very straightforward, the website provided good level of detail and delivery was extremely fast. Pleased with the product but at time of writing waiting to have it installed so not fully tested yet. My only negative point was that I raised a query on the 21 April after I took delivery of the item and never received a response to the question I asked. I include the query I sent below which is self explanatory. "I would like to thank you for the extremely speedy delivery of my order. This is much appreciated. Could I raise one query? On your website it states that items which can be delivered by DPD are carriage free when spending over £50 [which the item was]. When I checked out yesterday I had no option but to go with the pre-selected delivery charge of £26.95 or select a higher cost service. Thus I assumed that this item due to its size and/or weight required delivery by your other service. Given that it was delivered by DPD today, was it an a system or other error that charged me for delivery? If so and it should have been free might I be refunded the delivery charge? Many thanks for giving this your attention."”

“Bought this tap to replace the identical one we had which developed a leak. After fitting, we found that every time you opened the tap, it would spray wide instead of downwards. If you immediately touched the filter, this would be rectified. The plumber came back the next week with the filter he removed from the old tap and fitted it to the new tap. Hey, job done, no more trouble, a steady down flow. We are very pleased with this tap and like it very much”

“I love my new sink. Not so keen on the tap. It splashes all over and I have turned the water pressure down but it hasn't helped. It cost over £100 so I thought it might have been smooth running. Ordering and delivery were very good and I would recommend the company. Only gave 4 stars as I am disappointed with the tap!”

“I purchased an item through SINKS-TAPS.com and I found the process to be easy and straight-forward. I did have a small problem with the item that I bought, out of no fault from SINKS-TAPS, and while they tried their best to resolve the issue, I did find it minorly annoying that I had to chase for updates. They did sort my problem out though and they got me refunded straight away. I'd use them again no worries.”

“Tap is great would have liked more info on them re-the Filter as when you run the tape the water looks like its fizzie and it boils over when in the kettle contacted the service team to enquire about this they don't have replacement filters. The delivery was fast.”

Hi Robert Thank you for taking the time to provide a great review. We will have a look at this tap model and just see if there is an alternative design of aerator available. It might be worth turning down your cold water pressure a little as this could help reduce the 'fizz'

“Good price, delivery slightly later than expected, but OK.shows the coŕect image of the product , some sites showed wrong picture. Not always easy to find the site on the search engine.”

“Placed order for sink and delivered within few days all very good. Only gripe is account section of website is quite limited. I needed to change my order but this is not possible on website and replacement sink was never shown, only original one and no updates are shown (although I did get email after ringing them to change it). Surely it would make more sense to provide all of this information on website as you're left in the dark with what's going on, it shows only the initial order and you cannot do anything with it. Would recommend as rest of experience good and sink is excellent quality. As footnote the email review response I was sent was for the original sink not the one I received.”
