“cannot track orders when items are bought as a guest - not all people want to have another password to remember - I should be able to track my order by using email address and order number!”

Hi Lee Thank you for your feedback and comments. You are actually able to track your order details by either calling our Customer Service team or using the LIVE CHAT facility that is usually operational 7 days a week and available up to 9-10pm. The website does warn you when placing the order, that if you don't create a simple password you wont be able to track the order online afterwards. However, we take all feedback onboard and will consider any changes to the system that we feel necessary to improve our customers experience. I did call you earlier today to discuss the issue so I could fully understand your complaint and will feed this conversation back to the relevant team. Kind Regards, Richard.

“Ordered a kitchen tap and unfortunately it was out of stock. This was easily sorted out and replacement tap was dispatched promptly. Very east to install and looked great in new kitchen - still looks great after plenty of use! Very satisfied with overall service from start to finish and would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.”

“I was a bit slow in ordering and they still offered me the 5% discount I had just missed out on. They also amended my delivery address when I realised I hadn't changed it when ordering. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Great customer service over live chat with Peter. As long as the products are acceptable, I will definitely recommend sinks-taps...”

“Firstly I bought new kitchen sink taps a year or so ago. My recollection is - unremarkable. That means I got what I wanted when I wanted it and to the quality I expected. Yes I would go to Sink-Taps when I refit my bathroom.”
