“excellent quality and service, I contacted the sales department for advice, I could not fault the service I received, I ordered a sink which was delivered promptly and was excellent quality and value for money, I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“We bought an insinkerator evolution 200 and are very pleased with it. For some reason a couple of key fixing components were missing (not from the separate fixing / plumbing kit but from the main insinkerator box). However, sinks-taps replaced it promptly without question and removed the old. This minor glitch (which actually gives the full marks to sinks-taps for customer service) does not affect our full satisfaction both for the product and for sinks-taps.”

“There are not many Companies that you can call and speak to someone who clearly specialises in what they sell. I called sinks-taps.com a number of time to discuss my requirements. On each occasion I was dealt with by a professional, polite and knowledgeable member of staff. Even my plumber was confusing the issue and sinks-taps.com managed figure out exactly what tap would work, what water system I had and which waste disposal would suit our requirements. I checked another four websites and found sinks-taps to be the best in every way. I did find out that they are not allowed to sell Franke products due to some Internet rules being brought out by the manufacturer. I did call one of the sites recommended by Franke and they were useless. Needless to say I bought no Franke items and the Abode and Reginox items received are just perfect! Thanks again to all at sinks-taps.com, Fantastic.”
