“The panto taps i purchased from you were faulty -- the hot tap lever did not stand at 90 degrees more like 82-- unfortunately for me the kitchen fitter who replaced my kitchen,6 weeks later,and spending hours fitting my double ceramic sinks,did not advise me of the situation.I was left feeling very dissatisfied with my purchase.However i managed to contact Frankie last week and they sent me a new ceramic washer,that did not solve the problem,I contacted them again and they sent me a replacement lever.Regards Terence Boutell.--- your product did seem to be good value at the time of purchase.”
