“I purchased a waste disposal unit in March. The kitchen fitter went to install it only to find it was too big.I returned the product after more than 30 days and hopefully will be refunded the money minus the 25% restocking charge.”

“Excellent company to deal with. No problems experienced with service. However, I am now (3.5 years) onto my second Frankie sink tidy. The coatings on their white tidies are so thin they come off quickly and rust. It is happening again after about 9 months.”

“Item arrived promptly, however it took a phonecall to discover that it needed the hot and cold feed a certain way round to work. It would have been helpful to know that in advance as our pipework was already in situ and needed replumbing. No mention of it anywhere.”

“The procedure for selecting, ordering and receiving the equipment was straightforward. The person who installed it experienced some issues with the stabilising brace which could not be fitted given the layout of the working surface. Subsequent use of the equipment has been trouble free.”

“The taps are beautiful in my new kitchen and I am quite satisfied with them. I was informed that the delivery would be delayed by one week because on inspection before being expedited one was found to be damaged. Although there was a delay because of this, I appreciated that they did in fact get inspected before despatch and then arrived perfectly as returning them from Italy would have been complicated and created real delays if received broken.”
