“Nothing wrong with the order apart from problems with the carrier. There were a couple of address labels on the package at least A4 size with my address and mobile number on but the carrier ignored the instruction completely. I would not blame Sinks-taps.com for the problems encountered.”

“Delivery was timely, and product (brass kitchen pillar tap) seemed as advertised - but the sprockets on each tap head do tend to work loose and require tightening/reattaching periodically. Quality otherwise satisfactory.”

“It would have been very good but the first delivery was damaged and I had to contact them when replacement didn't come. However, when I called, the response was swift and efficient and I was very pleased with the product.”

“We were impressed with the original service we received. Unfortunately the item purchased was not suitable and had to be returned. Over a month on we are still awaiting credit for this item having also paid the £35.00 collection charge we are still £250.00 out of pocket”

“We had some problem with the kitchen tap I ordered so it took a couple of months to arrive. Apparently each time it came in and was checked there was something wrong. I did get a bit nervous about this, particularly with companies going bust all the time, but as it was a good price (less than John Lewis), I hung on. S-T.Com were very helpful and reassuring when I pestered them for info. Now it is installed and looks and functions great!”
