“Because of a hiccup with emails my chosen product had not arrived. Talking to Richard on the phone the problem was resolved in a friendly and helpful manner. On today’s performance I would heartily recommend this company.”

“Brilliant customer service from Richard. His excellent product knowledge and suggestions made choosing the correct products very easy. We opted for next day delivery for £19 but for 4 items it was well worth getting the items immediately rather than wait a week. As promised the items turned up at 9.30am I will definitely choose this company in future for sinks, taps etc. There is an excellent choice of good quality, competitively priced products.”
