“Good value but slow to dispatch, but at least they use a good courier. After having no information after placing orders I contacted to try find out when I could expect delivery but was not helpful. I was told from 3 to 5 days which I already knew. Will use again but keeping customers informed needs improvement.”

“I bought a tap 4 months ago but due to delay with builders the plumber couldn’t fit it until last week. Unfortunately when we opened the box there was a small part missing. Called them & explained & with no fuss at all the replacement part was delivered the next day - FANTASTIC. GREAT SERVICE”

“Read reviews on this Company so felt confident in ordering from them. I felt that the price and product information was what I was looking for. Ordering was easy, kept up to date on delivery which was also good. Looks very nice in the box but unfortunately I cannot comment further as we’ve not had it fitted yet.”

“My order for a blanco sink on line was accepted and I only discovered it was supposedly discontinued when it remained pending after the expected delivery date. I received no information on the matter; the email you said I was sent I did not receive. The replacement reginox sink is disappointing. As fitted above the work top it presents a sharp edge on the work top. It is not satisfactory to have the same design for under and over the work top I am still waiting to have the price refund settled. The only redeeming feature of Sinks and Taps is they did send the replacement sink the next day.”

“While my order was being processed the service was excellent but for after service the company is not ofay with the products they sell, the fitting instructions are fine except for one minor point which I raised and had no reply. My particular sink size is 1000X510mm the cut out is 970X480 so this a 15mm bed in area all around the worktop the manufacturer supplies a bedding tape 15mm wide the instructions show this tape is stuck back from the cut out 5mm towards the aperture this allows a bead of sealant all around. My question was does Villeroy & Boch only supply one width of tape my concern is the tape will overhang the cut out by 5mm which is not very good practice. I have not been able to contact Villeroy & Boch a second option would have nice”

“As a new customer - Richard was a perfect representative of of company. Polite, friendly and went over and above to search stock to find a solution to my last minute problem for 2 very specific taps and at a very reasonable price. We are renovating another house next month and there will be no searching the internet - I will simply call Richard! The best service I've received in a very long time !”
