“Shortly after buying and fitting a Caple Freemont kitchen tap it started leaking from one of the tap handles. Phoned them, promptly spoke to a human (5 stars for that!). Lucy asked for a video which I sent that day. 4 days later I received a whole new tap unit despite me saying I could fit a replacement cartridge. OK, probably more work to swop the tap units over but the problem was dealt with in a way that ensured it was a permanent fix. Thanks.”

“Very happy with my purchases, kept updated throughout the whole process. We did have an issue with one of the sinks being damaged, sent an email with photos and within a couple of days had a replacement super customer service. Shame some other companies aren't as good.”

“We ordered 2 sinks and they came within 2 days. Very happy with our purchase. We then ordered 2 taps which we were informed promptly that there would be a delay due to production issues, we decided to change our order, we did this over the phone without difficulty, staff very obliging and our new choice of taps arrived within 2 days even though it was the busy Christmas period. No hestitation at all in recommending this company!”

“Great products and price..Although A MASSIVE delivery charge for being in the north of Scotland!!!... shouldn't be punished for living on the same island! Charged for a pallet delivery which arrived by Fedex! Other than the disappointment in that, the product was well packaged and spot on. Would be 5 stars if this was addressed”

“Ordering, payment and delivery were very straightforward. Communication was just right - not too much and not too little and products arrived when they said they would. Delivery was not quite as we would have expected, though no fault of Sinks-Taps. We ordered two sinks - the first stainless steel one arrived and was just left in our hallway without us knowing. We had a fitter fitting a radiator and he said they just knocked on the door and before he could get there they were gone, but we did have 24 hrs to inspect it and all was fine. The second heavy ceramic one arrived today. I had hoped for a call to state time of arrival, but didn't get one so I was in the middle of my lunch when it arrived. The delivery driver was very helpful and assisted me in getting the sink out of the box to check it, and then putting it back in. Again all was fine. I would certainly look at Sinks-Taps again for further purchases.”

“Great service and very helpful and delivered the Next Day!!!! Perrin and Rowe item genuinely in stock (unlike other suppliers who claimed it was, took my money and then told me I would have to wait for 4 to 6 months because they had just sold the last one.........thank you barclaycard for getting my money straight back). Use these guys, they have stock and they honest.”
