Ordering, payment and delivery were very straightforward. Communication was just right - not too much and not too little and products arrived when they said they would. Delivery was not quite as we would have expected, though no fault of Sinks-Taps. We ordered two sinks - the first stainless steel one arrived and was just left in our hallway without us knowing. We had a fitter fitting a radiator and he said they just knocked on the door and before he could get there they were gone, but we did have 24 hrs to inspect it and all was fine. The second heavy ceramic one arrived today. I had hoped for a call to state time of arrival, but didn't get one so I was in the middle of my lunch when it arrived. The delivery driver was very helpful and assisted me in getting the sink out of the box to check it, and then putting it back in. Again all was fine. I would certainly look at Sinks-Taps again for further purchases.
