“Their website said 'low stock, please phone' so I did. My query was quickly answered by Richard. I ordered the items and they arrived in superquick time. I hadn't dealt with the company before but wouldn't hesitate to use it again. 😊.”

“What a pleasure it is to be able to speak to a human being, with many automated businesses nowadays hiding behind AI, it’s great to be able to ask questions to a real person that has been in the trade for many years and has so much knowledge and experience, many thanks to Richard for being so supportive and helpful with our purchase, it was only for one tap yet Richard made me feel as though I was looking to buy a container load of taps, would highly recommend Sinks & Taps 100%”

“You've asked for a review so I've given you 1 star. I've waited in all day for the delivery to be told DHL will not be delivering on this day. Why do you ask for reviews before making sure the item has been delivered ? I am not going to wait in for this again,if I'm not in when this waste of time delivery service arrive. I've had problems with them before, if I'd have known it was with them I would have gone elsewhere. Luckily I've paid by credit card so can see a refund being claimed. Please use reliable delivery people in future. Also I had plans for having this tap installed the day after planned delivery. That's not going to happen now is it ?”

Dear Peter Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are disappointed that you have given us a 1 star review based on the following information: 1st January (Placed the order whilst we were closed for the Christmas break and the website showed that we would not be dispatching any orders until 5th Jan at the earliest). 5th January we checked and dispatched your tap with DHL 7th January DHL sent you a messgae advising the delivery was delayed by 1 day to 8th January 8th January DHL delivered your tap (within 3 working days of us reopening after Christmas). The review request is sent by a 3rd party and does state that you may not have received your order yet. We are sorry that your installation had to be rescheduled. However, we do strongly advise on our website and through the checkout process, that installation is not arranged until the product has arrived and has been checked. We cannot agree that DHL or ourselves offered a poor service that warranted a 1 star review. Our team work incredibly hard to ensure we look after customers and try to offer the very best service we can. In this instance, we feel it is incredibly unfair to rate your expereince as 1 star. Would you be kind enough to review your rating?

“First time I've bought from sinks-taps and I'm happy with the pricing, delivery and website ordering. Not having heard of this company I first ran the website address through a few checker sites and it scored well. I then purchased a kitchen mixer tap. I would happily use sinks-taps again.”
