Shortly after buying and fitting a Caple Freemont kitchen tap it started leaking from one of the tap handles. Phoned them, promptly spoke to a human (5 stars for that!).
Lucy asked for a video which I sent that day. 4 days later I received a whole new tap unit despite me saying I could fit a replacement cartridge.
OK, probably more work to swop the tap units over but the problem was dealt with in a way that ensured it was a permanent fix. Thanks.
