“The sink was delivered quickly without fuss. After fitting the Caple Sink, one of the bowls was leaking. A call to sinks-taps was very quickly answered and the technical expert told us what had gone wrong. Good service.”

Hi Neil. Its great to hear that our technical helpline is doing its job and assisting customers with technical issues. Customers do sometimes require assistance when products are being fitted or once they have just been fitted. Some Companies offer no aftersales service at all, never mind a dedicated technical team!

“The sink unit I bought from you was good value for the price paid and good quality too. However the waste accessories supplied were non UK standard and I had to go and purchase UK replacements. If you are selling foreign plumbing items you should ensure UK compatibility.”

Hi David. Thank you for your review. We only sell UK specification products and therefore you should have had no issues when it came to fitting them. Perhaps something was actually missing from the pack? I have checked your order and found no record of you reporting this issue to our CustomerService team. “Good service but sink tap is harder to rotate the tighter I fixed it so could not tighten it up as much as I would have liked.”

“Sink and taps were delivered as promised, packed safely on a pallet and in excellent condition. One thing I will say about delivery, I did inspect the goods as requested, but the driver stated he could not take back any faulty goods, no matter what condition on arrival, which sort of defeats the object of checking?”

“Customer service was very good, re the sink itself, a nice size and like the tap. knowing it is a working sink, don't like the scratches because of the pot and pans. Have put a plastic sink mat but still has scratches. ideas welcome”

“The company provided good efficient service. The product was generally very good quality but unfortunately the shower hose had been slightly flattened in a couple of places. We couldn't tell if this had happened in transit. It is not very noticeable and doesn't affect performance so we stuck with it.”

“I bought a ceramic kitchen sink and tap online, very pleased with the quality and delivery although the tap came as a package with the sink it was a bit wobbly when installed otherwise very happy.”

“Product was delivered as described and undamaged. The flexibility of delivery is frustrating being told I could pay more on top of the delivery charge to specify a time and to receive a sink on a wooden pallet I then have to dispose of was inconvenient”

Hi Steve. Many thanks for your review. Up to 2013 we had our own home delivery service and we could provide a 2 hr time slot to customers. Unfortunately due increased operating costs and the reluctance of customers to pay for delivery, we had to look for an alternative. The system we have now enables us to specify an exact delivery day for the customer and on the day of delivery we can provide a 2-3 hour delivery window. As with many systems, the delivery company we use do charge extra for services such as a timed delivery or delivery before a certain time. However, we very rarely use these extra services as 99% of customers can work within a 2-3 hour time slot. Apologies if on this occasion we didn't provide a service that met your expectations. We are always looking at ways to improve our delivery service and take your comments onboard.

“I struggled to find a replacement tap for a low power system until I found your website, which had just what I wanted and at a good price. Ordering and delivery were straightforward and the tap came well packaged and in A1 condition. I didn't fit the tap, but was advised by my plumber that everything needed to fit the tap was included. Many thanks”
