“Simply Wigs is the only wig website I have found where you get a proper review with photos of 'What's Inside' the wig. It is so helpful. As is the 360 degree view of the wig. And, of course, 'Our Customers' photos are just the icing on the cake - so good to see what the wigs look like on ordinary people like me! So thank you SW for your very helpful website. Also the Whispers stories from wig wearers are always insightful and uplifting The only reason it is not a 5 Star rating is because delivery times can sometimes be slow - but this is understandable if the wigs are not already on site ready to be shipped. More dispatch/delivery update emails would help as then you would know that your order is still being processed and hasn't been forgotten! But otherwise great service and a great website. Thank you!”

“Simply Wigs have a brilliant website and provide great customer service. I recently bought the Erika wig by Amore Rene of Paris in Strawberry Swirl and was so pleased with it I ordered another one. I have had them trimmed as they were just a bit too long for me. Although there is plenty of hair it is not too bulky and very lightweight and comfortable. The colour, Strawberry Swirl is not too light or dark, just a bit different with the wider blonde highlights which I like. The wig looks very natural and I have had a few nice comments as well. Delivery was quick and the wig was beautifully packaged.”

“I have recently bought two wigs, and I am delighted with both and also the service I have received. The wigs are beautiful, very well made, and suit me perfectly. There was an issue with the first delivery being incorrect, but I was contacted by customer service who explained the situation, and provided a returns label, while the correct wig was despatched immediately. I've also bought some styling products which I'm sure will be great.”
