“Firstly I was disappointed not to get any indication on when to expect my wig. I was only contacted after I emailed. Being my first I was very apprehensive. When it arrived it did not look anything like I had ordered. I had to take it to be trimmed (a lot). Still far to bushy for me. I was expecting it to need a trim but everyone who saw it could not believe it was the wig I ordered.”

“The wig I received was fine. The colour match very good unlike some of your competitors. I did think delivery a bit slow in fact I'd forgotten it when I was told it was on the way.”

“Lovely wig, only problem is some of the wefting along the front hasn't been finished properly and it keeps dropping into the fringe part which you can see which kind of defeats the point of wearing one”

“Wow! Wow! Wow! Amazing. I have recently purchased a 'Flip Mono wig Ellen Hairpower Collection' - stone grey rooted. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. All it needs is a shake, put on, and simply run your fingers through it - job done. It is very light and comfortable to wear; I genuinely can forget I am wearing it. I did contact Simply Wigs for an update on my delivery, and they were very friendly and helpful. I am 72 and my natural hair (which is thin and poor) is white and grey. Lots of positive comments on how good my 'hair' looks. I wear it every day.”

“What can I honestly say about simply wigs when everything about them is in the superlative degree. They have portrayed suprofessionalism in their dealings with me, very prompt in giving assurance & helping me to allay my apprehensions by giving full instructions of the things that I might need but cannot of myself decide as to what to do. They have been so very attentive & reassuring that should my hair problems continue, Simple Wigs would certainly be my rescue. Never have they made me feel that I,m too much of a trouble. “Simply Wigs is the only wig website I have found where you get a proper review with photos of 'What's Inside' the wig. It is so helpful. As is the 360 degree view of the wig. And, of course, 'Our Customers' photos are just the icing on the cake - so good to see what the wigs look like on ordinary people like me! So thank you SW for your very helpful website. Also the Whispers stories from wig wearers are always insightful and uplifting The only reason it is not a 5 Star rating is because delivery times can sometimes be slow - but this is understandable if the wigs are not already on site ready to be shipped. More dispatch/delivery update emails would help as then you would know that your order is still being processed and hasn't been forgotten! But otherwise great service and a great website. Thank you!”
