“Such a huge range of wigs and accessories available including shampoos, conditioners and combs etc. Their customer photos are really helpful to see the products in real life. The 360° view shows it out of the box. Descriptions are spot on. Prices are always good, often with deals and discounts available. Postage prices are good and they send despatch updates. Comms are excellent. Phone advice is available which I've used this for colour comparisons and sizes of different makes. I would recommend Simply Wigs as my No 1 go to website.”

“I have spoken to two different people at simply wigs recently, unfortunately one was a return, the lady was so understanding, it was my own fault I was trying something different and it was too dark and full so needed to return, excellent service, returned and quickly fully refunded but kept up to date every step of the way. Then I had put my email in incorrectly on reordering but this was quickly sorted with my phone call.”

Sue is amazing, she immediately put me at ease, she talked me through several different options, she answered all my questions and gave me a lot of useful advice. She was respectful of my privacy and dignity throughout the appointment. “Simply wigs much lighter wearing than others. Lots of variety and a reasonable price. On the down side, not many choice of colours, I find. The one I just ordered was very shiny, too dark and my own hair does not look so shiny so it was obviously a wig which I did not want to look like. I don't wear a wig everyday. I intend ordering another however.”
