“I always receive brilliant service. My wigs were out of stock,but I was offered alternatives ( which I didn't want). I was kept up to date with my order and asked for it to be delivered on a certain date in the future due to holidays. My request was followed to the letter.”

“My favourite wig so far has been the Carrie Lite in petite. Fits me perfectly & doesn't have too much hair so looks very natural! I much prefer human hair as it lasts much longer, especially when you look after it properly & for me it's definitely worth the higher price as I have Alopecia & wear it daily. This is now my 3rd Carrie as my first one lasted me over 3 years & I now alternate between 2 so I always have a backup.”

“As a full-time wig wearer for the last seven years due to hair loss, it’s really important to me to know that I have a trusted supplier that I can rely on when I need to replace my Wigs and it’s great that Simply Wigs has gone from strength to strength since I bought my first wig from them I think in 2019. Great selection of wigs and whilst I generally know which ones I want, it’s great to know that if I needed to return a wig because it doesn’t suit me that I have that option”
