“Bought a wig a few weeks ago it was a Raquel Welch, winner average size, I have been wearing the winner for about 10 years now always worn this wig and always purchased them from Simply and never been dissatisfied customer service are all really good.”

“I cannot fault simply wigs. I have been a customer for many years. They carry a huge stock of every size, colour and style of wig imaginable along with related accessories. I have never had to complain. Their order process leads to receipt within the specified time in plain packaging. Along with a hi. Y in the package mmm!”

“The wig I ordered was not a good fit and was returned without any problems at all. In fact the staff were most apologetic that the wig was wrong. My refund was in my bank account super quick so all in all I am more than happy with this company and would recommend anyone to try yhem.”

“I've only ordered the one wig but sadly due to colour being too dark I had to return it. That said when I phoned customer service they were very good, they took time to ask me about my experience with the wig, and were very helpful and I felt I could of chatted to them for ages. I will be ordering again but I've had a procedure on the top of my head and need time for it to heal xx”
