“Sadly i had to return the wig as it was too small. However i cannot fault my experience from beginning to end. The staff were always so helpful and cheerful. It was easy to make contact . The return went smoothly and i was always kept informed with updates. I would most definitely use Simply Wigs again and will try again in the new year. Many thanks.”

“Totally happy with my Simply Wigs experience. Excellent service, expertise and customer service. After a long and arduous search, and a lot of wasted money, on they helped me find my perfect wig. I took the time to make the long drive to visit the shop which was invaluable. I’ve been wearing Naomi in the colour Martini for 18 months now but I’ve just discovered a new Jon Reneau colour, Catalina blonde, which is stunningly beautiful. I have a newfound confidence and have taken years off my age. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Great range of wigs, with lots of information about each wig and you can also view the wig in a 360 view to give you a better idea how the wig looks from all angles. Also the best customer service couldn't fault them at all, so helpful. Love the little chocolate too, which was a nice suprise. “I den ordered on November 4th in the color medium brown and received a wig in dark brown..... I had to order a new one in medium brown and I hope you checked the color before sending the new one!! It gets expensive to get wrongly sent wigs that cannot be returned! I have never experienced this in previous orders!”
