“Who knew I could get obsessed with wigs so quick. I visited them in July & bought two wigs, Ignite & Coco that I love. My husband asked if I wanted another wig for my birthday, I couldn't refuse & ordered Noriko Rene of Paris's Nour in Silver Mink & it's fabulous & I couldn't be happier. It's really comfortable & people can't believe that it's a wig”

“I first started to wear a wig in 2008. After a routine blood test my cholesterol was a little high and I was put on statins. I had several side effects, but the worst was my hair loss. I soon had so little on top and around my face that I was forced to get a wig. I stopped the statins (which, according to a second Dr, had not been necessary in the first place!) and the hair grew back, but it was not as it had been before, staying obstinately thin where I needed it the most. In the many years since then I have had numerous bad experiences buying wigs. One is at one's most vulnerable in this predicament and unhelpful people make an already difficult task even harder. Simply Wigs has been by far the most friendly, kind and helpful company I have come across. Their thoughtful, obliging staff do a great deal to make one feel confident and happy. I am delighted with their service and have bought 6 wigs so far. I'm not going anywhere else to buy more in the future!”

If you are choosing your first wig or just a new colour/style they help without any pressure and will even send options via email for your perusal. “I initially visited the Simply Wigs website and was amazed with the large selection of wigs and accessories available.Having selected the style I was unsure about the colour so contacted customer service for advice. I was really pleased and reassured that I could actually visit the shop to make my final selection. The whole experience was great, the shop maintained privacy for all customers and the range of wigs in store was fabulous. Having confirmed the style and selected the colour,I finally purchased 2 wigs one of which was posted direct to me and was recieved within a week. Absolutely first class service.”

“I couldn't get my white hair colour, so Laura suggested I send her a sample of hair and a picture. She sent me 2 examples to choose. I chose one and it is perfect in colour and hair shape. The previous hair topper I had chosen that was not suitable I sent back and Customer Service were very good in refunding the cost quickly. Also, found Laura very helpful. I am happy with my hair piece. Thank you.”
