“I think your staff are very friendly and helpful but I really do not like your new website. It is awkwardly laid out and difficult to navigate. It also has lost the facility for finding all styles in a given colour. This was important to me and no other wig seller had this. Your old website was really good. It would be better if it was possible to find out if an item is in stock before ordering and paying.”

“I recommend Simply Wigs. My first attempt at a short wig did not suit and the returns process was very easy. They answered my emails and were very helpful in describing colours which can be deceiving online.”

“I got my wig due to chemo treatment - despite being 73 I always have lavender, blue, pink etc hair so wanted something to complement who I am - the Arctic wig is perfect for me! The service ordering, delivery etc was excellent”

“Five stars isn't really enough - I think they deserve a 10. They really are the best company, very caring and friendly which makes a heck of a difference when you are pondering the world of wigs, and even moreso when ordering online as opposed to actually visiting them.. I'm now on my 5th Forever Chic by Gabor, not because they are wearing out I just use them in rotation when I need to. It is a style I like but may ponder a change in the not too distant future and go for something a bit shorter, but will once again seek Laura's advice on the matter..”
