“I had to send the wig I ordered back as it didn't look the same as the picture. The hair was longer than I thought. But as usual a very simple returns policy and my money back ready to find my next wig”

“Excellent experience again from Simply Wigs. Ordered when a discount was on but rang and said I would be on holiday when the wig was due in from Germany. Lady at SW was very helpful and they didn't despatch it to me until I was home so I could still get the discount.”
