“I have been very happy with customer service but I have bought 4 wigs over the last couple of years 3 of which are supposedly the same size and make but the sizes are different. There is only one I really like the fit of. Unfortunately you only realise this when you wear it and it’s too late to send them back.”

“I ordered the Seville wig Noriko Rene of Paris in creamy toffee. The fringe was longer than it appeared in the picture and had to get my hairdresser to cut it. As a result the fibres jut outwards and looks like a bad hair day! I'm struggling to make them flat against my forehead. Anxious if this has spoiled the wig and there is no reparation!”

“My experience with Simply Wigs has been seemless. Unfortunately, the colour match wasn't right but this is through no fault of Simply Wigs. I returned this and they issued my refund within a few days.”

“Phoned up simply wigs after my last supplier closed down. Spoke to a lovely lady over the phone to purchase 3 new wigs and products. Lovely lady and very helpful. I will definitely be ordering all my future wigs from simply wigs. Thank you for making it so easy for me and delivery super quick 😊”

“I think your staff are very friendly and helpful but I really do not like your new website. It is awkwardly laid out and difficult to navigate. It also has lost the facility for finding all styles in a given colour. This was important to me and no other wig seller had this. Your old website was really good. It would be better if it was possible to find out if an item is in stock before ordering and paying.”
