“Very happy with the service And was very pleased to be able to get 2 more wigs at a discount price, so good to have spares Lost a lot of my hair in my 20’s and now at 83 feel so happy to look good with my “hair” makes such a difference and I know when I order the wigs they will come in a short amount of time, so very grateful. And always find everyone very helpful when I get in touch.”

“I have purchased several wigs from simply wigs my recent the girl mono by Ellen wille. I did my research and thought this was the wig for me, the simply wig site itself offered valuable information on how the wig looks on other people and the varying shades of colour. Never the less when the wig arrived it just was not quite right I contacted simply wigs immediately and they sent a returns slip and reordered another. The whole process was dealt with efficiently and simply wigs kept me informed throughout the process. This is the type of service customers expect, I feel the overall service offered is excellent and I would recommend others to use their service.”

“A pleasant surprise when a beautiful box arrived. Containing a turban style hat, which was packed with care and included little notes and a poem. Made my day and somehow made it more special with the attention paid. I ware the turban with pride. I also bought a hairpiece to go with the hat which just covers around the head just under the hat. Looks fabulous & people think my hair is real.”

“I ordered a bottle of Dimples Fibre Oil Conditioner. This product is essential to wig owners, keeps it in a lovely condition. Was easy to order on the website and I was impressed with how quickly it came. Well packaged and I was surprised to find a little box inside that package, it contained a Ferrero Roche chocolate - I thought that was a special touch, that said "Thank You For Your Order". Never had that happen before when I have ordered things online with other businesses. I appreciated it. Thank You.”

“Simply Wigs organised the delivery of my item specifically around my being away from home- and they delivered exactly as they were asked to (thank you). For the first time, I ordered Jon Renau Ignite in a PETITE CAP and a colour close to my own. It fits perfectly, and looks very natural- I'm really pleased with it.
