“Simply Wigs organised the delivery of my item specifically around my being away from home- and they delivered exactly as they were asked to (thank you). For the first time, I ordered Jon Renau Ignite in a PETITE CAP and a colour close to my own. It fits perfectly, and looks very natural- I'm really pleased with it. I'll be ordering petite wigs in future. I've had a number of items from Simply Wigs over the years and have always been impressed with ordering, advice, delivery - and the quality of the products. Thank you.”

“The wig is lovely, and the packaging and chocolate gift was a nice touch. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and colour initially but emailed and they got back to me the very next day confirming they've changed the size and colour. Customer service is top notch.”

“I ordered a wig for Eid celebrations (but left it very late!) and the team at Simply Wigs were so helpful when I requested a first class delivery. My wig arrived a day earlier than I anticipated and just in time for Eid - thank you to the team who helped arrange this! The wig itself is gorgeous (shine petite wig natural in chocolate mist) and arrived beautifully wrapped with a little chocolate surprise! These extra touches were lovely and I received lots of compliments for my new look. I highly recommend Simply Wigs and I would shop here again.”

“Really happy with simply wigs and this is second time I’ve placed an order for wig clips, communication is fantastic as is the packaging, had to give 4 stars this time though as one of the snap clips I ordered in a pack was damaged and unusable, bent out of shape . Still very happy otherwise and would order again as this could’ve been easily missed.”
