“Absolutely first class!! Customer care team are wonderful. I ordered an item which although lovely was too dark for me. Both CC ladies that I spoke to were helpful, polite and took time to make sure I got the right colour second time around. My hair enhancer is gorgeous and I would thoroughly recommend Simply Wigs 👌🌟”

“Very helpful indeed as well as very efficient. Sadly the wig did nothing for me but they were again very helpful and efficient dealing with the return and refund. Although I had to return the wig I felt the quality of the hair was excellent. I thoroughly recommend them”

“Unfortunately the wig I purchased was too long and very dark for me. Simply wigs were excellent at refunding my purchase. I have now reordered another wig which I am pretty sure would be much more suitable for me. Thank you very much.”

“Services is always friendly and prompt. If any delays always explained in advance. The only feedback I have is if you are foreign you cannot return the wig even though I pay the taxes and duties so don't understand the issue. the wigs are excellent quality and last a long time.”

“Really good business I am never disappointed with their service. Their packaging is always lovely and the little treat is appreciated. I ordered a wig recently which was definitely not my colour with my pale complexion. They have taken this back into stock and have ordered a more suitable colour for me.”
