“The order process was quick and easy as usual. This was my second order of Cody so knew what I was getting but even if I wanted to change style, the range of wigs and the excellent information on the website would make it easy.”

I’ve bought high end wigs from companies in the U.S. as well as Europe, and I’ve never experienced service like this. Emails are answered extremely promptly, and whoever you are talking to stays with you day after day in an ongoing conversation until all your questions have been answered. “I have been ordering fibre wigs regularly from Simply Wigs since 2018 and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their Customer Service is amazing and I have recently dealt with Laura by both phone and email. She has been brilliant, going above and beyond to help me with a quality issue. I have had at least 15 wigs and this is the first time I have had to return one. Laura re-ordered the product immediately and personally checked the replacement over before sending it on to me.”
