“Yet again you have come up trumps, don't feel the need to actually get in touch with you, because what i order comes through in decent time and usually works for me, have never felt the need to return any of my wigs, thank you again.”

“I have been buying my wigs from Simply Wigs (the best!) for several years now and find they are excellent in every way. This time I thought I would try something completely different and sent for 2 to try. They were lovely wigs, but the style just didn't suit me at all, which was disappointing as they looked so nice, but not on me! I am very pleased with the wig I always buy and will continue to buy it in the future. Everyone says it really is 'me' and no one would know I was wearing a wig unless I tell them! Thank you so much Simply Wigs, I honestly don't know how I would have managed without you all these years. You've given me the confidence to be myself again. Linda.”

“I visited Simply Wigs a couple of months ago after I was diagnosed with alopecia. The staff were helpful, supportive and considerate and I was very impressed with the service they provided. I bought a wig but didn't feel under pressure at any point to make a purchase. I would happily recommend Simply Wigs.”

“I ordered a wig and products . They arrived in good time and were very nicely packaged. I had to return the wig as it was too big. The return process was way.The customer service representative, who I won’t name , said she would send me a list of alternatives that might be a better fit but my chosen style , unfortunately this never happened which is extremely disappointing.”

“I needed to get a new wig as the one I bought 14 years ago when I previously had chemo' & had been in it's box for nearly 13 years was looking a bit "frazzled"! I searched the internet & settled on Simply Wigs due to their excellent reviews. I'm so glad I did! I am delighted with my new "Kenzie" wig, even more so as it happened to be on offer when I purchased it. I had emailed SW before ordering to ask what would be the nearest colour match to my old wig which was a different make. I received a prompt reply recommending the Coffee Latte-R, which was actually the colour I thought but wasn't sure, & that it was in stock. It arrived within the said timeframe & was beautifully wrapped & packaged along with the shampoo & display head I also ordered. Plus there was the thoughtful little gift of a Ferrero Rocher chocolate in a little box. Ordering online was easy as was claiming the VAT exemption. I highly recommend Simply Wigs for their, customer service, stock range, prices, delivery etc. I will definitely order from them when I need anything in future. Thankyou 😃.”
