“This is my first wig, and its arrival gave me the confidence to shave off what remained of my hair. I have recently been diagnosed with AA and was desperately trying to cover my bald patches. This wig made me realise that it wasn't necessary. I took her to my hairdresser to get a little fringe cut in, and I am me again!”

“Superb service from knowledgeable staff. I have had such a positive experience, whether asking for advice re colour, style etc or arranging a return; nothing is too much trouble. My only complaint is that the stock is so comprehensive that choice can be difficult!”

“I am more than pleased with the service I have received from Simply Wigs. My original purchase of a hairpiece was not a good colour match for my natural hair (through no fault of Simply Wigs). I wrote and explained the situation and Liv in Customer Services was extremely helpful in suggesting alternatives or offering a refund if that was not possible. I did indeed find an exact match for my own hair, albeit in a slightly different design. The hair looks and feels so natural that no-one could tell it wasn't my own. Ordering from Simply Wigs was easy, assistance from Customer Services was instantaneous and positive, items arrived beautifully packaged and the price was really competitive for the quality. What's not to like! I would be very happy to recommend Simply Wigs to anyone looking for a good quality product and am sure I will be ordering from them again in the future.”

“I buy all my wigs from Simply Wigs. They offer great support and assistance and the wigs can be returned if not suitable which is extremely helpful. It can be difficult to tell which styles suit until you try them on so returns are an essential service. And you get a chocolate gift!”

“I was very pleased when I received my wig it has taken me a while to adjust to wearing a wig due to thinning of the hair as I got older. I decided to get a wig more by the colouring for an older person and was very pleased with it, the softness, the style and it looks so normal hair, very nice.”
