“I was delighted with the Alexis wig as soon as I took it out of the box and that hasn’t lessened as I’ve been wearing it this last month. It’s very comfortable, fits well and works fine with wearing glasses. It has layers which are a little longer and slightly curly, different to the ones I’ve had previously, so I think it’s softer and more flattering! The “smoke mix” I chose is a lovely colour for an over 70 year old! I love it so much that I’m about to order another one!”

“Excellent service (the colour-coordinated wrapping and enclosed Ferrero Roche was a perfect marketing touch). However, Simply Wigs' website definitely needs some expert tweaking - it's all over the place, and trying to place an order almost left me wanting to go to another site.”

“Simply Wigs are not simply wigs. They have a wide range of wigs, hair pieces and accessories to suit all sorts of needs. The product descriptions are thorough and include a 360 degree view of the item and it's easy to find other products in the same colour. When you have chosen your items they arrive quickly and often include a little extra treat. Returning items is also really straight forward.”

“Sue was my contact on Tuesday at SW. She was friendly and really helpful and the wig I have chosen brightens my face. There is no pressure to buy if it doesn't suit they will order you in a different one. Everyone who has seen it has remarked on how lovely it is. I went for a lighter colour in the same colour range but curly. Cannot recommend them enough. They also give you advice on how to maintain your wig. The shampoo and conditioner last months you only need a little bit. My hair is growing back but slowly.”
