“I've been a customer for several years now and can't recommend the company high enough. The service is always 100% excellent, contact is easy and response to any query has, so far, been same day. On the rare occasion I have returned a purchase, usually because I choose something wildly unsuitable, refund has been given immediately. The reason I keep coming back to SW is the website. The 360° view is something I have seen nowhere else. To be able to see the wigs, out of the box, no styling gives a true image of how they look. Since that is how I wear mine, too lazy to primp and preen sorry, I find that the best feature. I love the customer photos too even though I am not brave enough to send one in. I have never been disappointed by any aspect of my purchases. I do regret the long blonde wig though, what was I thinking, I'm nearly 70? 😂😂😂😂😂😂”

“I travelled quite a distance to visit the store for a consultation and I’m so glad I made the effort. I can’t remember the name of the person who helped me but but she was so kind and full of helpful advice. I was able to try a range of styles and colours and see the difference in the construction of some different makes of wig. I feel so much more confident now and as a consequence was able to order a wig that is really me. Simply wigs’ customer service is second to none. Thank you so much”

“My first order was the wrong colour for me. Made a quick call and it was exchanged. No problem. The wig is lovely. The only negative was all the extra postage for return and re delivery.”

“Very nice service from this company So no complaint at all. Unfortunately, the scrunchie with hair on no good. Not Companies fault. Can't get correct colour to match my hair anywhere. All the blondes are too yellow...my hair is more of a beige type blonde but this is no reflection on the good service of this company. Cannot get a match anywhere.”

“Simply Wigs are absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The website is really easy to use with lots of choice in a good range of styles and prices. All of great quality. If you do ring or e-mail for help, advice or guidance then the help you receive is first class, nothing is too much trouble. I have been wearing a wig for over 20 years now so I am comfortable about it but I can understand and remember what it is like in the beginning. I would say, don't be afraid to put your faith in Simply Wigs and have confidence in them.”

“I got the partial wig to wear under chemo caps and wraps. I absolutely love it. Delivery took a little while but well worth the wait. Someone actually asked me if I had dyed my hair! I feel less like a “cancer victim” while wearing this and it’s so much cooler than a full head wig. So comfy!”
