Ordering was simple and my purchase didn’t take too long to come . I have to admit I was confused when the item turned up because it didn’t look anything like what I ordered, and there were no instructions. After going back to the website I was directed to a different website to be shown how to tie my item .
I’m glad I took the time to do this because I now love my hat .
