“I have had alopecia for a number of years, but managed to cover it up as much as possible....until I saw a photo of myself from the side and realised just how sparse my hair is in parts. aso, I contacted Simply Wigs last month with a view to trying wigs for the first time. I was unsure what to pick and couldn't visit your premises as I live in South Wales. Therefore, I contacted you and spoke to Laura. She was so very empathetic and helpful with advice and guidance on how to select and try wigs for the first time. I picked two which arrived 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, that day I was hit with influenza and have been bed and house bound since. Nevertheless, two days ago, feeling better, I tried my two new wigs on. My husband and daughter were amazed and pleased at how good they look and I feel confident wearing them. I will be going out this weekend and trying at least one wig out. I have no illusions about being somewhat nervous and excited at the prospect. Still, I'm looking forward to presenting the new me to the world. Wish me luck. Also, my heartfelt thanks to Laura. She made such a difference to my confidence and well being with her wise and helpful advice. Onward and upward - Cheryl Jenkins”
