“Extremely quick response to my email inquiry about parts for my Samsung washing machine complete with hyperlinks to exactly each part my particular model type required. Made ordering very quick and had peace of mind that correct part was in the post. Many thanks for your help. Washing machine now running like new.”

“Very prompt & helpful response to my enquiry made on a bank holiday about a replacement bottom basket for my dishwasher. I was told that this could take up to 2 weeks to come but it was delivered 5 days later. Would definitely use this company again.”

“I tried everywhere online to get a new light bulb for a panasonic microwave but was unable to get hold of one & no company even recognised the model number (to be fair its over 12 years old) I contacted Whitegoods, gave them the brand & model no. & they said theyd try & get hold of one for me. They emailed a couple of days later to say the bulb was no longer obtainable, so they saved me wasting any more of my time searching - & getting very frustrated in the process!”

We cannot source parts for Cookology largely due to having no info on them, which is the choice of the brand owner, not us.

“Our experience with Whitegoods was first-rate. We needed to replace a broken shelf in a borrowed Smeg refrigerator. Kenneth not only quickly located one for us, but advised that a Gorenje part was identical and would cost much less. The other 2 Smeg shelves were usable but damaged, so as thanks to our friends we replaced all 3. We requested Whitegoods' Courier dispatch so we could return the restored refrigerator as soon as possible. Within 2 days we had our new shelves, they fit perfectly, and both we and our friends were delighted. We don't really like online ordering, but Whitegoods made it easy & straightforward with no hassle. We're impressed, and very happy to wholeheartedly recommend both Kenneth and the Whitegoods company itself.”

“Britania Cooker Hood Module From making enquiry online, to placing order, there was a short delay with delivery due Brexit and COVID. Something that was out of our controll, Kenneth Watt kept us informed throughout the whole process. After a few days part arrived as expected and came well packaged. Thank you for a prompt and easy service. Will def use UK Whitegoods again in the future for spare parts. 5 Star Service received.”

“These guys tried to track down a part for me ! They called me and told me the part was in available as my machine was now obsolete ! At least I know now and will buy a new machine ! Thanks for saving time looks Ng for a part ! Tim Robson”

“still no delivery, but I would understand if the plastic pellets necessary to manufacture my Bosch washing machine knobs are not sitting at the bottom of the sea in Sri-Lanka since the ship carrying them has caught fire and sunk there. Unfortunately we have not find the money to buy a new washing machine. My husband has Lung Cancer Level 4, my daughter recently law graduate is unemployed and did not get the finance for her Master in Environmental Studies, my job in properties ahs gone belly up, my Airbnb earnings have gone, my son who is born with bilateral deafness has no job either. So All Good Always! Still looking forward for the good news.”

“I ordered lampfittings for a kitchen hood. easy to find alternative make spares (even for a brand like SMEG) at a resonable price on the site. ordered parts came promptly and a glas broken during transport was replaced with a complete new fitting and arrived within the next 2 days. This is how online trading should work.”
