“Had a problem tracking down the spare part for our Kenwood FF, seems the variable frequency unit is not easy to get, I contacted Uk Whitegoods & Kenneth helped to confirm it was the correct part which I then ordered and it arrived within 2 days, great service.”

“I had an error on payment and was instructed to contact them. I could see the money had been taken form my bank but I'd received no order confirmation email or number. I emailed directly from the website explaining and got no response so tried calling, but got through to what felt like a permanent voicemail message and no option to leave my own message. So I sent another email, directly. Finally I received a (to be fair, quick) response but it was basically telling me there was nothing they could do. I was now starting to feel like this could be the start of a scam so I replied one more time saying they had my money and I had nothing in return, what was going to happen next. I then got another email from a different staff member who looked into it and said I'd get a refund. No mention of fulfilling the transaction for the part I ordered. I took this at face value and thankfully DID receive my refund. All in all a very curious operation with, it turns out, a lot of poor reviews (I should have looked before ordering but it was the only place the part was listed as in stock).”

And, in response... there's a lot more positive reviews than bad ones, a lot more. The order failed to complete due to internet issues *WITH THE BANK*, not with us so perhaps you should direct your ire to the people that actually caused the problem, and not those that did not. Response were sent to you timestamped as follows, some of which you responded to: 2021-05-29 14:55:44 2021-06-03 12:05:38 2021-06-03 12:37:20 So how you can claim you received no response is beyond us as, at least two of those you responded to.
