“I bought a door seal for my washing machine which I couldn't find on any other site, and I was informed it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive, as it would have ordered in. It was delivered in less than a week and was installed with no issues. Very pleased and impressed with UK Whitegoods and I would highly recommend them.”

“The staff were very quick and efficient in their response to my initial enquiry. Unfortunately they were unable to send the part direct to me because I reside in ireland so I had it delivered to a relative in the UK who posted it on to me. I had the part within a week and it did the job. I was delighted to be able to source the part and get my old fridge working again, otherwise the fridge would probably be heading for landfill now. I highly recommend this company.”

“I ordered freezer draws which in mind had become cracked over time. For what they are I think they are very expensive. But even though there was a problem with my order in which I received the wrong draws because the Manufacturers Catalogue was incorrect. It was quickly rectified by UK Whitegoods who forwarded the correct draws within a week and collected the incorrect draws at the same time. In summary great customer service and products but so they should be for what you have to pay.”

“I ordered a washing machine part, but it showed delivery 2 - 9:days, after a few days I decided to cancel the order, it was a Sunday, I emailed to cancel, they came back within 5 minutes, cancelled the order and issued me a full refund, all within a few minutes of my email. Super speedy response and will definitely consider next time I need to order a spare part.”

“Brilliant company, got my dishwasher part in a day or two and it was the right part apart for the connection which was slightly different from my old one. No one’s fault. Sent the part back on the Thursday and refunded on Monday, fantastic. Thank you...”

“I would rate UK Whitegoods 'exceptional' in the level of assistance given to the customer. Believing a fault with our washing machine was due to a faulty timer, I went to the UK Whitegoods site to buy a replacement. Reading the advice section and posting on their forums, I learnt that, in 70% of cases, the timer is not at fault and was given suggestions as to further checks I should carry out. I followed their advice and ....... found burnt connections in the plug on the main motor! Back to the forum with my discovery and more advice followed on how I might replace or repair this part. Now the machine is working again at a cost of a few pounds versus £140 for a replacement timer!”
